Tribally Owned Business Design Process for Tribal Mall
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Internet Technology Service will provide the following web services to setup a client domain and design website:

Domain Registration & Website Hosting: register your_company_name.com with the Internic domain registrar for one year. Host website at the following domain,
www.Your_Company_Name.com
For an online store, there are two options:
For eCommerce capabilities, client can have Internet Technology Service process the clients' customer payments. (Internet Technology Service will provide monthly
accounting of orders taken) Or, client can apply for a merchant account to process credit card payments. (Internet Technology Service will provide all the needed information to apply for account)
An online Shopping cart will be installed to assist potential customers to buy products from client. All orders will be sent directly to client and it is up to the client to
ship product to customer
Webpage Design (up to 5 products) &/or Web Makeover (of an existing site): Client will need to provide a current brochure of information and a catalog of products
to be transferred onto website. All photos and graphics provided will be optimized to work on the web. Photographing individual products will be billed separately at an hourly rate. Virtual Product Consignment: The artists' products will be placed on the webpage as a 'virtual consignment.' The products will never be in possession of the Tribal
Mall. The consignment will continue until the artist requests, in writing 15 days in advance, that the items to be taken down. The artist will add new products as the original products are sold.
As each item is sold, it is the responsibility of the artist to deliver the items in a timely manner, as well as be responsible for mailing & insurance costs associated with the product. The
artist will be paid monthly for items sold, after a monthly reconsolidating of payments are conducted. Working Web Model: After initial website is delivered to Client, client will be walked through current marketing process and their processes will be converted into an
Internet Marketing process. Internet Marketing Plan: This plan will identify the current needs of the client and result in a report that identifies activities over the next year to market over the
Internet, for the mentioned facilities. Website Maintenance: Web content changes/updates will consist of up to 10 hours per quarter of time spent updating webpage content. Additional hours will be billed
separately at $30.00 hr.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES:
Client will pay compensation to Internet Technology Service the following rate:
Web Design Services: $300.00 (plus travel expenses)
A maintenance contract of $140.00 per quarter may be
added to the contract, payable quarterly, to maintain and change web content, up to 10 hours per quarter. Virtual Product Consignment: 10% of sales will be payable to Tribal Mall.
