DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Internet Technology Service will provide the following consulting services:

• Website Design (up to 5 products) &/or Web Makeover (of an existing site): Client will need to provide a current brochure of information and a catalog of products to be transferred onto website. All photos and graphics provided will be optimized to work on the web. Photographing individual products will be billed separately at an hourly rate.
• Virtual Product Consignment: The artists' products will be placed on the webpage as a 'virtual consignment.' The products will never be in possession of the Tribal Mall. The consignment will continue until the artist requests, in writing 15 days in advance, that the items to be taken down. The artist will add new products as the original products are sold. As each item is sold, it is the responsibility of the artist to deliver the items in a timely manner, as well as be responsible for mailing & insurance costs associated with the product. The artist will be paid monthly for items sold, after a monthly reconsolidating of payments are conducted.
• Working Web Model: After initial website is delivered to Client, client will be walked through current marketing process and their processes will be converted into an Internet Marketing process.
• Internet Marketing Plan: This plan will identify the current needs of the client and result in a report that identifies activities over the next year to market over the Internet, for the mentioned facilities.
• Website Maintenance: Web content changes/updates will consist of up to 10 hours per quarter of time spent updating webpage content. Additional hours will be billed separately at $30.00 hr.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES:
Client will pay compensation to Internet Technology Service the following rate:

• Web Design Services: $300.00 (plus travel expenses)
  The total of $300.00 will be payable up front
• Virtual Product Consignment: 10% of sales will be payable to Tribal Mall
