Tribally / Indian Owned Business Makeover Design Process for Tribal Mall
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Internet Technology Service will provide the following consulting services:

Web Makeover (of an existing site): Client will need to provide access to existing website:
- IP Address, login, & password
Provide a current brochure of information and a catalog of products to be updated & transferred onto website. All photos and graphics provided will be
optimized to work on the web. Photographing individual products will be billed separately at an hourly rate.
Virtual Product Consignment: The artists' products will be placed on the webpage as a 'virtual consignment.' The products will never be in possession of the Tribal
Mall. The consignment will continue until the artist requests, in writing 15 days in advance, that the items to be taken down. The artist will add new products as the original products are sold.
As each item is sold, it is the responsibility of the artist to deliver the items in a timely manner, as well as be responsible for mailing & insurance costs associated with the product. The
artist will be paid monthly for items sold, after a monthly reconsolidating of payments are conducted. Website Maintenance: Web content changes/updates will consist of up to 10 hours per quarter of time spent updating webpage content. Additional hours will be billed
separately at $30.00 hr.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES:
Client will pay compensation to Tribal Mall the following rate:
Web Design Services:
- No web design payment, nothing payable up front!
- No website Maintenance fees
- After web page is up and running, 10% of Sales payable to Tribal Mall, Inc. (Simply add a % to your price)
